Explosives
Senatel Magnum
(Ø 32-90 mm, weight from 200 to 2500 gram)
Cap-sensitive packaged emulsion explosives used for blasting in wet and dry holes as a primer, for surface and underground mining applications, in non-gaseous-and-dusty mines. They can be stored and used in all climatic regions.
Used as a primer and primary charge as a high powerful blasting material.
Senatel Powerfrag
(Ø 32-90 mm, weight from 500 to 2500 gram)
Cap-sensitive packaged emulsion explosives
used for blasting in wet and dry holes as a primer, for surface and underground mining applications, in non-gaseous-and-dusty mines. They can be used within the temperature range -20ºC ...+40ºC.
Used as a primer and primary charge as a high powerful blasting material.
Fortel Plus 65
(Ø 75-185 mm, weight of cartridges from 3000 to 20000 gram)
Non-cap-sensitive packaged emulsion explosives used for blasting in wet and dry holes as a primer, for surface and underground mining applications, in non-gaseous-and-dusty mines.
Used as a primer as a high powerful blasting material. They can be stored and used in all climatic regions.
Anfo
(packed in 30 kg bags)
Anfo is a mechanical mixture of porous ammonium nitrate with hydrocarbon oils
Used for power-driven and manually-operated blasting in mining and construction of dry and dried quarries, mines and pits, in non-gaseous-and-dusty mines. Suited for the blasting of rocks with 6-18 hardness coefficient by Protodyakonov scale in all climatic regions.

Initiating systems: Non-electric detonators Exel
Exel MS non-electric detonator
Exel MS detonator assemblies provide initiation of blast patterns in underground mining. Exel MS has 21 delays within the range 0-500 ms.
Exel MS detonator has several delay systems appropriated for surface and underground mining at hole and firing breaking including raise work and stems. Used to initiate Cap-sensitive packaged explosives
Exel LP non-electric detonator
Exel LP detonator assemblies provide initiation of blast patterns in underground mining. Exel LP has 31 delays within the range 25-6000 ms.
Exel LP detonator has several delay systems appropriated for underground mining, tunnel construction, at hole and firing breaking including raise work and stems.
Exel HTD non-electric detonator
Exel HTD provides out of hole delays flexibility in blast design.
Exel HTD has 6 delays (9-100 ms).
Exel HTD is used to hook-up surface blasting system at surface and underground mining.
Exel Handidet non-electric detonator
Exel Handidet non-electric, surface delay and in-hole detonator assemblies are used to initiate a primer in surface mining. Using this system is generally more economically expedient than Exel MS+Exel HTD assembly but however Exel MS and HTD make hook up more configurationally complex blocks.
Used in blasting of quarries, pipeline trenching and construction projects, Exel Handidet assemblies are easy to connect, to verify and ensures accurate surface and in-hole connection.

New technologies in initiating systems
The i-kon and Uni tronic Electronic Blasting System
The i-kon and Uni tronic Electronic Blasting System consists of programmable digital detonators and control equipment. Logger is used during hook up to assign the delay sequence and perform testing functions. The Logger reads and stores the unique Detonator ID and required delay time. The Blaster is used to charge, test and control the firing of the detonators.
The i-kon and Uni tronic Electronic Blasting System is used for accurate, controlled and reliable programming both of surface and underground blasting. I-kon, Uni tronic detonators may be used to initiate Cap-sensitive packaged explosives.
Key advantages:
1. The Electronic Blasting System is ideal to reduce seismic load of blasting.
2. Possibility to enhance geometry of drilling well spacing therefore cutting drilling expenses.
3. Usage of the Electronic Blasting System results not only in reducing of seismic load of blasting but also in stability of high-walls and side walls of quarries and compactness of rock collapse.
4. Upgrading of composition is an exclusive advantage of Electronic Blasting System and thanks to this advantage better showings of mining machines, breaking plants and cutting of maintenance expenses are achieved.
5. Possibility to carry out blasting retaining geologic structure of ore bodies ensuring minimum losses and dilution of mineral resources.
6. Usage of Electronic Blasting System increases safety due to the possibility to obtain information about each detonator prior to blasting and with the help of special equipment – control, program and initiate blasting.

Explosive for Exel DinoStart
DinoStart- upgraded electronic blasting system for safe initiating of Exel detonators. This system consists of power source (battery), voltage converter, energy storage condenser, electrode and button to initiate. Electric power is transformed into power pulse that is transferred by electrode inside wave guide to start explosive reaction.
Used for safe initiating of Exel non-electric blasting system.
